We’re excited to announce that June’s Culinary Management Company, owned and operated by Adam June, will be managing the Groton Hotel’s food and beverage operations, including Eddy Brennan’s Tavern and the new Wood-Fired Kitchen.
With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Adam June has built an impressive career through private catered events, restaurant kitchens, and collegiate dining at Cornell University. Many of you already know him as the co-owner and chef behind June’s Cafe & Pizzeria, as well as the Events Chef at the Benn Conger Inn, where he has helped create memorable dining experiences for countless guests.
Adam’s passion for exceptional food, commitment to quality and customer service and decades of hospitality experience make June’s Culinary Management Company the perfect partner to bring our vision to life. We can’t wait for everyone to experience the incredible menu, welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service that will soon be part of the Groton Hotel.
