There are a lot of people that do not realize how remote we are. It is a 65 minute drive North to Fort Bragg and a 90 minute drive South to Guerneville. That’s if there’s no roadwork or accidents or fog. This is two lane windy mountain type driving.
Fort Bragg and Guerneville are our nearest and only access to pharmacies. We have a Medical Center and we have a pharmacy, but we have not found a person willing to move here who is a licensed California pharmacist. Our Medical Center has been flying people in and putting them up in rentals for five days on a weekly basis just to maintain our pharmacy for our medical center. This cannot continue and they are closing the pharmacy. There must be somebody who is a licensed pharmacist who wants to live in a beautiful rural area. It’s not an easy life up here and it will be difficult to find permanent housing but we need you. We will help you.

We have a vacancy starting Tuesday, February 25, last available night is Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
Our rate is still $300 per night plus 11% bed tax. Dogs are $15 per night max $60. If you take all seven nights the nightly rate drops to $270.
