Who needs a GREAT deal on a last-minute beach getaway? I do I do I do, but I can't!!! Due to a cancellation we have availability August 17th thru August 28th. 4 Night Minimum. Stay any 4 nights for $110 per night, plus flat one-time fee [$145] for cleaning and parking. Any additional nights will be at a rate of $95 per night. NO SERVICE FEES!! The window \ door project is complete. We also have made a few interior updates. We have successfully transitioned from a property management company to being self-managed. No more fees for our guests!!!! Since we are now self-managed our 2024 calendar is WIDE-OPEN!!

Happy Spring All [almost] :-) The major renovations to the building and minor updates to the interior are almost complete. Also, we have moved to a self-manage philosophy. Update photos coming soon.

You may or may not know, but the entire building here at Island Sunrise is going through MAJOR upgrades. All the balcony windows & doors are being replaced with floor to ceiling windows & sliders [see attached pictures]. We are currently shutdown until March 1, 2024 but will be ready to rent once that day comes
