Decided we wanted to feel Irish tonight. Tried The Galway Irish Public House in Gulf Shores. Very good!! We went basic on the b**r and didn't get any fun drinks but nade up for the calories with food. We tried the Scotch Egg as a starter. People don't skip the Scotch Egg, we have been to Scotland twice and this blew those out of the water. We then tried the Lucky sprouts, very tasty. I had the leek and potato soup ( I know, I am way too young to be ordering soup for dinner in September). Hubby tried the patty melt, he said it was delicious and he is a tough critic.
