Booking direct is smart for guests who like to save money, but it also helps owners.

Did you know that 12%-15% of your rental rate charged gets taken by Airbnb and VRBO. That’s ABOVE the extra fees they tack on to your stays.

When they raise their fees, that gets passed on to travelers. Kick them to the curb & book direct whenever possible.

2027 is booking quickly!
We usually see a big jump in bookings starting the day after Christmas, but people are planning ahead this year.

We offer the following payment plans:
Option A: Pay 100% to reserve your dates.
Option B: 50% down to reserve dates. The remaining balance will be due 2 months before checkin date.
Option C: 25% down to reserve dates. 25% due 5 months from checkin. The remaining balance 2 months before checkin date.

Did you know-
We host remote workers, homeschooling families, and snowbirds during the months of November, December, January, and April. It’s 4,000 all in for a one month reservation. That includes taxes, cleanings, etc.

All is well!

We got very lucky this time. Our HOA confirmed that our freshly planted sea oats and renewing dunes are still in tact. Our building so far only shows one missing panel to owner parking. No condos have any signs of water inside. Our pools aren’t even filled with sand! So thankful!

We still don’t have power, but this was the best outcome possible for us. Things should be back to normal for us by tomorrow. Not such great news for our neighbors across the Florida line. ❤️‍🩹
