We have December, January and February available for just $2,500 each month. You don't have book all three months. This includes taxes and cleaning fees. The only additional fee you will need to cover is the one-time $30 parking fee charged by the complex.

August: $200 /night
October: $165 /night
November-January: $150/night

Cleaning fee is $105, taxes are 18%. There’s a one-time parking fee of $30 paid directly to Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club. No resort fees.
