Important... ********There is one free covered parking spot with The Cute Condo on the Boulevard. Summer House West is a small, low rise complex with a total of 32 condos. It has 3 buildings and the back building sets on Little Lagoon. There are no elevators, only stairs. Snowbirds are always welcome and offered a monthly rental discount for November - April.
