LABOR DAY WEEKEND IS STILL AVAILABLE IN Three 20s!!

The summer crowds start to thin out, the weather is still beautiful, the water is still warm, and everything just feels a little more relaxed. You still get the beach days, the sunsets, the seafood, and all the things you love about Gulf Shores… just without quite as much hustle and bustle.

And if you’re someone who loves a little more breathing room on vacation, fall is hard to beat.

We currently have openings in BOTH of our condos from September through February, including some great stretches in October, November, and December — plus longer snowbird availability in January and February.

Whether you’re looking for a quick fall getaway, Thanksgiving at the beach, a Christmas escape, or a longer winter stay, we may have the perfect dates for you.

Past guests — we need your honest feedback!

We’ve been leaving a little welcome bag in each condo with a couple bottles of water, popcorn, Chex Mix, our condo koozies, and a thank-you note. It’s just a little something we’ve done to help start your stay off on a good note.

But here’s the thing… we don’t really know if you guys actually care about it! 😂

We want to keep spending money on the things that actually make a difference in your stay, so if you’ve stayed with us before, tell us:

👍 It’s nice, but I could honestly take it or leave it.

And seriously — be honest! We won’t be offended. We’d much rather put our resources toward the things our guests truly appreciate and use.

Today, we celebrate more than fireworks and a long weekend.

We celebrate 250 years of freedom. 🇺🇸

At Three20s Condos, we’re grateful for the opportunity to welcome families from across the country to a place where memories are made, traditions are continued, and time together matters.

As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we’re reminded that the greatest blessings aren’t found in things—they’re found in our faith, our families, and the freedoms so many have sacrificed to protect.

Today, we pause to thank the brave men and women, past and present, who have defended those freedoms. Because of their service, we are able to gather with the people we love, worship freely, and enjoy the beauty of this incredible nation.

From our family to yours, we wish you a safe, joyful, and memorable Independence Day.
