**An Update Regarding Our Airbnb Listings**
After careful consideration, we have made the decision to remove our properties from Airbnb.
Over the years, we have taken pride in providing our guests with a great experience, clear communication, and well-maintained properties. Unfortunately, Airbnb's increasing fees, changing policies, and additional restrictions have made it increasingly difficult for us to operate our properties the way we believe they should be managed.
Our biggest concern is Airbnb's proposed changes to guest communication and its lack of support for the individual property rules and expectations we have established. Every property is different, and we believe owners should have the ability to clearly communicate with guests, establish reasonable expectations, and protect their investments while providing an enjoyable experience for everyone.
**Simply put, we are no longer comfortable allowing a third-party platform to dictate how we communicate with our guests or manage our properties.**
This decision is not a reflection of our guests. We have welcomed some wonderful families over the years, many of whom have returned time and time again, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued support.
**We are not closing our doors. We are simply choosing to no longer list through Airbnb.**
You can still find and book our properties right here on our social media pages, directly through our website at **www.three20scondos.com**, and, for the time being, on **VRBO**.
We will continue listing on VRBO as long as its policies allow us to maintain the communication, flexibility, and reasonable property expectations that are important to us and our guests. Should VRBO follow a similar path, we will reevaluate our relationship with that platform as well.
We believe vacation rentals should offer a more personal experience, not one where owners and guests are increasingly restricted by third-party policies.
