and floor to celing windows onto the balcony and fantastic views. 43" and 39" flat screen TVs in Living and Master. All tv's have BluRay/DVD players. King bed in master, queen bed in other 2 bedrooms, queen sofa sleeper in living room. Washer and Dryer in unit - no trips to the laundromat. Now with new KEURIG in kitchen, brews K-cups! Fully-equipped kitchen, with granite counters and new stainless appliances - stay in and cook, or go out - Lighthouse is near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Sea and Suds and The Hangout are both in walking distance. Complex amenities include: two outdoor pools (including a zero entry pool), one indoor pool, two hot tubs, and an exercise room and sauna. The Lighthouse condominium is located on Highway 182 (East Beach Blvd.) 0.7 miles East of the intersection with Highway 59. ** DUE TO CONDO RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT RENT TO GUESTS UNDER 25. ** NO PETS ALLOWED although we are pet lovers ourselves, Lighthouse has a strict "No Pets" policy and has begun to enforce this this.
