This condo is a townhouse (1,300 square feet) with two be

drooms on the second floor, both with full bathrooms and their own balconies (master balcony overlooks the lagoon, guest bedroom balcony has view of the Gulf of Mexico). Condo has 3 private balconies in all. The main floor has the kitchen, pantry, half-bath, laundry, dining room that seats 6, and living room with two sofas (one is a fold-out sofa bed), 42 inch TV, and balcony that overlooks Little Lagoon! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances, cookware and dishes you will need to prepare meals during your vacation. The complex has a swimming pool, private beach access (100 yards from condo), a fishing pier, and a fish cleaning station, gazebo with grilling area. There is free covered parking for two cars, as well as additional guest spaces. Summer House West is a small, quaint complex with a total of 32 units. It has 3 buildings and our unit is in the back building directly on Little Lagoon!

*Please note as this is a small complex, there is no elevator, only stairs. Our condo is on the second floor. Located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Summer House West is 3.5 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores--The Hangout and the "T" and a 15-minute drive to the Orange Beach area. Gorgeous Little Lagoon Pass is just a 0.5 mile away! We are close enough for convenience, but far enough for getting away from it all!

Don’t worry, guys—Sea-N-Suds isn’t going anywhere.

Why would we shut down a profitable business in the middle of summer that carries no debt? The answer is simple… we wouldn’t.

However, it’s the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter. After more than five decades of blood, sweat, tears, love, heartache, laughter, and countless memories, Sea-N-Suds is officially under new ownership as of today.

The new owners don’t intend to change much of anything. The same great seafood you love, the same amazing staff, and the same special place that has meant so much to so many.

Please continue to support Sea-N-Suds, and when you visit, take a moment to think of us and the memories that have been made there over the past 52 years. ❤️❤️❤️

Alabama has now documented a total of 89 sea turtle nests along our Gulf Coast this nesting season! Every nest represents hope for the future of these incredible marine animals.

You can help by keeping our beaches Clean, Flat & Dark:
🌙 Turn off or shield beachfront lights at night.
🏖️ Fill in holes and knock down sandcastles before you leave.
🗑️ Remove all trash, chairs, tents, and beach gear each evening.

Together, we can help give nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings the best chance to thrive. 💙🐢
