Our condo is a 2 bedroom (King, Queen) with 2 baths, located on the second (top) floor. (There is no elevator.) The condo is fully furnished, including washer and dryer. The Sea Oats complex is situated between the lagoon in the back of the property and the beach in the front. The lagoon has a nice big pier with boat slips, boat launch, grills, and picnic tables. The condo is across the street from the beach but is a very short walk to relaxtion. Relatively quiet and peaceful. The complex has two pools and hot tubs. Parking is located underneath the building, with parking passes located inside the condo.
