We are across from the beach, with a deeded beach access. Our complex has many amenities for your use, including a boat dock and slips, 2 private piers on Little Lagoon, tropical resort style pool/hot tub area, grilling area, tennis/racquetball courts and several others.

This is less than a half mile east of Sea La Vie! It’s a great option on windy/ruff beach days.

Little Lagoon Pass Park is one of those underrated Gulf Shores spots that a lot of visitors drive right past without realizing what it is. This is where Little Lagoon connects to the Gulf, creating a unique mix of calm water on one side and open waves on the other.

It’s a favorite for locals who fish, kayak, or just want something different from the main beach. You can stand there and watch the water flow between the lagoon and the Gulf, which changes constantly depending on tides and weather.

It’s quieter than the main public beach, less crowded, and has that raw, natural feel that makes it stand out. It’s not built up—it’s just there, doing its thing.

If you know about it, you usually keep coming back.
