We can be found in Crested Butte at the Public House and in Gunnison at both the Local Market and Backcountry Cafe (opening July 26th). We are out to lead a chili renaissance right here in the Gunnison Valley. Our philosophy is simple: we source the finest green chiles from Hatch, NM and pair them with local produce and pork to create an unrivaled green chili experience.

Have you been by The Divvy in the Crested Butte Mountain Resort base area yet? They’ve got awesome sandwiches, a salad bar, and some pretty amazing bowls of green chili (if we do say so ourselves).

They also just got a liquor license so be on the lookout for beer, wine, and cider!
