We are located on beautiful Lake Guntersville in Marshall County, Alabama. We are located on 20 acres of plush woods directly on the water and provide scenic water views and direct water access. We offer many activities including boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, family activities, band parties, covered-dish dinners and much, much more. We’re incredibly grateful to Land + Lake magazine for this thoughtful feature on Riverview Campground and Nivendale Vacation Rentals in their latest issue.

Thanks to writer John Mann for telling our story so beautifully, and to the magazine for capturing the spirit of our special place on Lake Guntersville.

We’re especially proud of Denise and Rebecca, whose care, creativity, and stewardship continue a family tradition that stretches back generations here along Cha-La-Kee Road.

We’re also happy to share that a two-night staycation weekend at the Nivendale cabin will be available for bid at the upcoming “Evening for Education” charity auction hosted by the Guntersville Schools Apple Foundation on Friday, February 27, 2028 at 8:00 p.m. at the RSVP building.
