It's not March 14 and it's not Thanksgiving, but we've got pie! All pies are in stock: Apple, Blueberry, Red Raspberry, and Strawberry Rhubarb. Stop in soon and pick up a pie or two, or stop in for a slice of pie à la mode with your favorite flavor of ice cream! This is our last pie order of the season so come get pie while it lasts!! Open until 8:00 through Sunday and then closing at 6:00 starting Labor Day. See you soon!!

Here’s your latest fishing report from Dan Ryan —

🎣Leech: no big pattern shift quite yet, but definitely an uptick in the walleye bite on leech. The main lake sand flats still hold scattered fish in 10-15’, and you’ll start to see bigger groups of fish on the breaklines in that same depth profile, as well as fish relating to w**ds in 6-10’. 1/8th or 1/4 oz tungsten jigs with a crawler, leech, or even a redtail work best. The daytime trolling bite is picking up when the wind is blowing.

🎣Woman: very solid fishing this past week on Woman, with most good walleye bites coming out of shallow w**ds in 7-10’. Plenty of deeper fish relating to breaklines or bottom transitions, but far more cooperative fish up shallow. 1/8th oz tungsten jig with a half crawler is all you need, but jerkbaits are catching a few fish as well. Crappies are still fairly cooperative over the w**d beds in 8-12’.

Wanted to share of the passing of a previous owner of Green Roof Lodge for those who remember her. We never knew the Swenson's but we've heard stories of their time at the resort and the impact they had on many of our guests.

Update on area road work that could impact your drive to the resort. County Road 11 coming across from Mule Lake Store is still being paved. It is open to traffic but expect to be delayed. County Road 45 (aka Pleasant Lake Road) that cuts across to County Road 5 from Hwy 371 south of Hackensack has some road construction going on as well. Expect delays. Travel safely and enjoy the drive!
