This past weekend presented a challenging start for some of our guests. Water temperatures had a significant impact on fishing conditions. Here are some pictures of one of our long-term guests who stayed with us for the week of opener. It's not often that four generations are captured in a single photograph, and this is precisely why we continue to do what we do each year.

Thank you to everyone that came for fishing opener and came to the store! It was a windy one today. Came out to the dock, and had a nice surprise!

The store officially opens tomorrow at 7 am. Donuts will start Saturday May 9th. Please note we will not have minnows for opener, our bait tank is being worked on and unlikely to be fixed until after the weekend.

WE ARE GETTING CLOSE TO OPENING FOR 2026!

General Store opens this Friday, May 8th at 7am and donuts will be available starting Saturday, May 9th at 7am. The online ordering system is up and running! 🍩

Well, winter always does a number to our winterized cabins.
Word to the wise, sharkbite attachments are great for heated homes and the diy enthusiast....lol. Got caught on a shark bite under a cabin I didnt change out, and had a bit of a flood.

4 thrones changed out
3 faucets (for now)
1 septic float
50 feet of galvanized steel dug up and changed to pex between east and west cabin.
Siding replaced on a few cabins
Roughly 12 screens to re-screen from wear
2 storm doors replaced

Only a week until opening day of the store! Donuts will be available the Saturday of opener.
