The Story Behind Our Hotel
"I would like to take a moment to share the history of this hotel. When we arrived here in 1988, it was home to a 23-unit motel, but it was also where my family lived. This site was our home, where my brother [Kishore Parmar] and I played and learned the value of hard work. Much like the many multi-generational farming families in Hadley, this is our farm and our legacy. As future generations explore their heritage, they will discover a marker here that tells the story of where our immigrant journey began.
