We really had a great time at Sameer's place. Everything was clean and pretty. The pool and back deck sitting area were nice and we used them a lot. I highly recommend renting this house, and hope to go back sometime! Thanks to Sameer for being probably the nicest host I have stayed with.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. So have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and this by far was the best experience I have had with a host. Sameer went above and beyond in all ways- starting from my initial reaching out to reserve his home. His home was just perfect- it was even more perfect than the pictures and descriptions show. It was open, airy, relaxing and the best place to spend quality time with family/friends. We are already planning dates to go back.

Literally unbelievable, Sameer is an incredible host. Communication throughout the whole stay was so easy and clear. Host answers to texts within mins. House is all you could dream of with kids. Perfect for the parents that want some alone time. My kids would play and we would enjoy the pool and hot tub. 100% would recommend and would use this host again.

We had a wonderful stay and our host went above and beyond with communication. We really could not have asked for anything more. The house was gorgeous and kept kids ages 5-13 busy and entertained on days we didn’t have plans. Walmarts right down the street as well as plenty of other places. Most of the people in the housing community were also very friendly.

Trina - Villa Eman - October 2025

We travel a lot for Co****le and have made many trips to FL and this air BnB was by far the best one, it was spectacular! The hot tub was actually HOT the pool was perfect and the game room was awesome! Sameer was so responsive, even at midnight when I was having trouble finding my code to get in. He checked on us to make sure we were set and safe. Sollen was rate next door, and I had an issue with getting the game set up, her and her son came over and got it working! She was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!! Love it!!

Can't rate this property high enough. Place was fantastic, hosts exceptional. Had everything you could want. Well equipped kitchen and a great games room to enjoy. Also in the outdoor pool area a whole shed full of pool and beach accessories. Have been to florida many times over the years and we will definitely be back to this property.

This house is fantastic - exactly as described! The house was amazingly clean and between the pool, hot tub, and game room there was tons to do. The house was spacious and well appointed, and there are lots of pool toys available for use. The fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was very convenient. Sameer is an amazing host who went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for me and my family.

The place was extremely nice! Had a lot of room. It patched the pictures to a “T”! Sameer responded to any questions very quickly and friendly. We will definitely, be staying in one of his locations again. Thanks so much Sameer! It truly felt like a home!

It was very nice. The gated community was excellent, very clean. Felt right at home had everything we needed. We didn't even need to go anywhere, to be honest, if we didn't want to, we enjoyed every moment of it.
