If you are planning a trip to Disney or Universal in Florida or you want a central location within easy reach to the West coast of Florida, Cape Canaveral on the East coast, GatorLand, LegoLand, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Sea World or even the head of the Everglades why not stay at our villa.

We have a new build villa available to rent with private pool overlooking a beautiful lake. The villa has 4 en-suite bedrooms, and comfortably sleeps 8 adults. There is room for 2 more on the pull out sofa bed!

Our villa is about a 30 min drive to the Disney resorts and about 45 mins to the Universal Theme Parks. Tampa and the West coast can be reached in about 1.5hrs, as can the space centre at Cape Canaveral on the East coast.

There is so much to see in this part of Florida including GatorLand, LegoLand, Busch Gardens SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Everything is within easy reach as our villa is just off US-27 that connects to the I-4 which takes you to most Florida attractions.

Located in Haines City in a private development of villas we have a lovely view over a large lake and is located very near to the club house.

Our villa is very spacious and modern. You will enjoy the private pool, air conditioning, the large 4 bedrooms, (each with an en-suite) and open plan kitchen/dining/living area.

Each room has a flat screen TV and there is complimentary Wi-Fi provided throughout the villa.

The double garage and double drive provides parking for up to 4 cars/pickups.

The clubhouse is fantastic and not only boasts a kids splash area and flumes, but a large pool, sun loungers and cabanas. There is a gym, bar, restaurant, cinema room and arcade in the club house to keep you entertained. On site crazy golf and volleyball are also available.

It’s like staying at a great hotel but your room is a villa!

There are plenty of options for dining nearby at Manny’s Chophouse, Cracker Barrel, Outback and Miller’s Ale House. The usual fast food places are also nearby including Dominos, Wendy’s, Denny’s, KFC and McDonalds.

There is a Publix (like Waitrose) at the back of the development and a large Walmart 5 mins up the road.

There are numerous golf courses near by and you can spend a lazy day fishing on the nearby network of lakes for largemouth bass.

The villa is located between Orlando airport (MCO) and Tampa International (TPA) with a journey time of about 1.5hrs to both airports.
