Halifax Inn We have motel rooms ranging from a double bed to a King suite or a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Prices vary but range from 225 to 500 per week.

We also have a few apartments for longer stays like a few months. All utilities included.

Looking to make a little bit of extra money?

The Halifax Inn is now hiring and has an open position for a part-time housekeeper!

We are currently seeking an experienced housekeeper/cleaner. Job responsibilities would include cleaning guest rooms to our hotel standards along with laundry.

Compensation-We pay per room rather than hourly! Each room has a set price according to the size of the room and the estimated time of completion. This makes it great because it leaves it up to you to set your schedule for the day and your pace. (Rooms scheduled to be cleaned for the day must be completed and ready for check-in by 3pm at the latest)
*** Tips are also possible

Schedule- One or two days a week with a potential to get more days during peak season months. Other opportunities to get more cleanings would include covering the managers vacation/time off requests.

Although we are looking for someone who is experienced we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude! Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on your own is extremely important.
