Took our project boat out yesterday for the maiden voyage 💪

Got a few things to correct but it was a successful trip. No leaks was found, outboard ran great and we made it home in one piece. 😎

Need to rewire trolling motor for 24 volt system and replace front roller on trailer. Should be ready to fish and cruise around the lake after that.

We got everything sealed up and got the first coat of paint on too. The decking is starting to come together now.

We made some progress this weekend. Got the old transom tore out, 90% of the flooring put down, old deck tore off, most of the new transom put back.

We decided to try the pourable transom. Should be stronger than wood, will never rot and it won’t require fiberglass work.
