From compact loaders and excavators to aerial lifts, trenchers, and specialized tools. We supply the same quality brands trusted by professionals, maintained to perfection, and ready when you are. Founded in 2002, Ward’s started as a small family business with one simple goal: to make renting equipment easy, honest, and reliable. What began with a single machine and a passion for great service has evolved into one of Michigan’s most trusted independent rental companies serving contractors, homeowners, and municipalities across Livingston, Washtenaw, and Oakland Counties. Behind the growth is Andy Ward, a hands-on owner who built Ward’s from the ground up. His approach is rooted in hard work, technology, and transparency combining old-school customer service with cutting-edge tools like real-time dispatching, GPS tracking, and AI-driven support to make every rental smoother and smarter. Today, Ward’s continues to grow through innovation, integrity, and a genuine commitment to people our customers, our team, and our community.
