Our special guest this week is David Berry, with whom I also enjoy working in our commercial diving endeavors. Dave and I have had the pleasure(?) of working in some far away and exotic(?) corners of the world, but, this week, he is visiting The Moraine B&B, and has, today, prepared a very special 5-course meal:
