After closely watching the weather and river forecasts all week, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this weekend’s Country Rock Music Festival and close Hidden Oaks Campground for the weekend.

We’ve fought through rain before, but the safety of our guests, entertainers, vendors, and staff has to come first. With the forecast continuing to worsen, we simply don’t feel comfortable asking people to travel and camp in these conditions.

We’re disappointed, especially after all the work that has gone into preparing for this event, but we’d rather make the call now than put anyone at risk.

We truly appreciate everyone’s support, understanding, and excitement for this weekend!

Thank you for supporting Hidden Oaks Campground, and we look forward to seeing everyone soon when the weather cooperates. 😊
