Ring in the New Year at Hampton Beach!

We invite you to come to the beach for a fabulous fireworks display on New Year’s Eve at 8 p.m. (weather permitting). Come experience the magic of a beautiful fireworks display that will light up the winter sky.

Due to the dry air and dark nights, fireworks appear crisper and clearer during the winter. We believe this is the prettiest fireworks display of the entire year—as long as Mother Nature cooperates!

Before the show, warm up at the Lady of the Sea Statue, from 7-8 p.m. with complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, and cookies, provided by the Hampton Beach Village District. A big thank-you to the Ashworth by the Sea for helping us serve hot beverages so families can celebrate the New Year with warm hands.

Fireworks take place on the beach beside the Atlantic Ocean at the top of B & C Streets—and since they start at 8 p.m., everyone will be home before midnight!

Exciting news!

We are happy to announce that fireworks are returning to Hampton Beach on Wednesday, June 25 at 9:30 p.m.

As you may know, we have not been able to have them yet this season due to the nesting of the protected piping plovers. Because of that, we are going to ease into them a bit - focusing less on the loudest booms - and more on the beautiful visual display of fiery colors against the backdrop of the dark skies over the Atlantic Ocean.

Bring the family and spread out a blanket on the sand - or visit your favorite spot along the boardwalk - and enjoy a magical summer evening by the ocean. Let’s make it a night to remember!

Looks like a great stretch of weather coming up!! Please remember we are an outdoor restaurant, so we can do nothing about the heat. Just try to embrace it and think about those 13 Saturdays of rain we had! Bring some shades and a hat and enjoy 😎

We've compiled the questions most often asked during the spring and are working to create a complete list of opening dates for the businesses at Hampton Beach. This is not a complete list. We're still reaching out to businesses who are either unavailable at this time or have not yet replied to our inquiries. We'll be adding info as we get it, and will update this post as we do. We're excited to welcome summer and we bet you are too!

The INFORMATION CENTER will be open starting in May and early June on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Once entertainment starts they will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

BATHROOMS:
Haverhill St., 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. - open year-round
Marine Memorial 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. - open year-round
North Beach 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. - open year-round
Seashell Bath (beach side) 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., opens 5/24
South Pavilion: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. - open-year round

PARKING: Metered parking starts April 1, 2025 with operating hours from 8 a.m. to midnight, seven days per week. The cost is $1 per hour. from April 1-30. From May 1 - September 30, the rate is $3 per hour.

DOGS: Dogs are allowed on the beach through April 30th.
