Inspections.. passed! Bathroom is nearly complete. Still needs a final cleaning and door k**b. Now we are refinishing the terrazzo floooring and Eddie is reinstalling doors. Still have to paint the driveway and hopefully change the color on the front door. Lots to do still.. back home in a few more days.

Inspection day tomorrow! We are busting ass today to get this work done! Edward is tile guy, Eddie is working all the trim, mirror install, lighting and I am sanding and painting. Grass is growing somewhat and not in other places.. and Still have to paint the driveway and back patio if time allows. Moving along…no martini’s today!

Making progress here in Florida. Working on drywall, trim, tile. Painted the garage, coated the deck, trying to get the grass to grow back. Going to sand and refinish the turrazo throughout.. that should be messy!!! Still a lot to do!!! Enjoying the great weather! No manatee yet but lots of dolphin!
