We, Jason and Julie Carnes, moved to Hampton Falls in 2006 to start our life together. This town holds a special place in our hearts—it’s where we got married, built a family with our three wonderful children, and established a thriving roofing business that serves the community with pride. Our commitment to excellence in our work and the happiness of our employees reflects our deep connection to the area.
In 2022, we took a new step in our journey by purchasing a stunning custom Federal Colonial home situated next to Apple Crest Orchards. As part of the property, we inherited the original house, which was built long before the custom home. This charming guest house has its own rich history and was previously used as a short-term rental. We decided to continue this tradition, offering guests a warm, inviting space to relax and enjoy the serenity of Hampton Falls.
The guest house features early 1900s architectural character and modern comforts, making it a delightful retreat. The property boasts a large, open yard—perfect for families and guests traveling with their furry friends.
