This is amazing! Putting the incredible history of Phoebus in the palm of your hand.
Phoebus' Geospatial Intelligence Department has been hard at work this summer preparing something huge for Harrison Phoebus Day (November 4th). So big that we couldn't risk confirming or denying its existence until now. What's bigger than a beer garden spanning a square block or a Phoebus pop-up history museum?
π£ Beginning on November 4th, discover the rich history of the 86-acre Phoebus National Historic District with our brand new, self-guided tour app! ποΈ Best of all, it's FREE, no downloads needed β simply access it from your mobile web browser or enjoy it from home. Read architectural details about our most historic homes and businesses, see old Phoebus photos, relive the memories of the old neighborhood, and (if you're mobile) walk or bike the routes to partake in some exercise at the same time! π²πΆββοΈ
Look for these signs at Harrison Phoebus Day and be among the first to experience the app on November 4th. And be sure to thank the Phoebus Partnership, a Virginia Main Street community, for supporting and celebrating Phoebus architectural history! Visit Hampton, Virginia!
