What a whirl wind past few weeks…..little behind on keep you folks updated….but here we go! A.T. Gateways event was a blast as usual. Met so many wonderful new people, and reconnected with many of the usual AT faces we see each season. Such an awesome community, and really, since this is 10 year anniversary, and I’ve been going to the Kick-Off event for 8 of them, it feels more and more like a family reunion each year. Tray Gap Trail Magic…Boots Off style! Many more great pics and vids from the A.T. Gateways Event and today’s 1st full day of Trail Magic. Over 30 hikers were fed today and it ended with sunshine and beautiful sunset. Plus we have several hikers spending the night here looking forward to hot strong coffee and a Boots Off Breakfast Burrito in the morning before they continue their journey. Awesome day serving hikers! 😊 Tricky to get things posted with this limited service. Stay tuned folks…. 📻

IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR FOLKS. Have you made your plans to join us all at this year’s annual A.T. Gateways event? ALDHA has reserved many sites in the main upper camping area for all of us to share and enjoy. These sites are near a covered pavilion (w/ power) and near the new bathhouse as well. We’re not accustomed to such luxuries as those of us who’ve been there for past kickoff events know. Movin’ on up! ⬆️ 😂 We will have a great set-up this year and encourage all who have time to please try and attend. Good times and great hiker camaraderie! ❤️ 🥾
