Summer is winding down. We are getting cooler nights, but our days are sunshine and 70s. My mums are popping but the trees are still green. But I will show pictures when the trees start changing. For now I will show you a glimpse of last year.

After surviving two of the hottest days in Food Truck history last week, followed by the worst air quality in the world, we are seriously happy to see the recent clear air and relative cool down in the truck, on the lawn, and on the farm!

Hot or cold, rain or shine, our Culinary Team shows up day-in and day-out to bring you farm-fresh goodness, made from scratch, with love!

Speaking of farm-fresh goodness...have you tried the hottest new item on the Food Truck???

Our new ZUCCHINI FRIES are all the rage!

Fresh zucchini, de-seeded, chopped, hand-breaded, fried, and served with our almost-famous Herby Ranch Dipping Sauce!

This unique take on the zucchini is a farm-fresh special you won't want to miss!

It's incredibly labor intensive to make these cute lil' fries. So they won't be around for long.

But if you fall in the love with the ranch dipping sauce as much as so many others before you, don't worry - we're selling it by the tub in the market now!

The Herby Ranch Dipping Sauce is dairy-free, and most importantly, it is filled with freshly harvested herbs. You can taste the freshness from the fields and that makes this sauce truly shine.

Besides the new Zucchini Fries, all of the attention right now is going to the BLT and our Grassfed Burger.

We have these items LOADED with farm-fresh, perfectly-ripe, heirloom tomatoes.
And it makes all the difference.
So many burgers are sold with a flavorless, pale, red disk impersonating a tomato.

These tomatoes are so perfectly ripe, so juicy, so full of flavor, it's almost unfair.
