The rain on Friday night really made the treehouse stream rage! Thankfully not nearly as high as the flooding we had a few years back.

Ever since then I have claimed myself as the culvert-watcher whenever we have significant rain and thankfully all has been well since they put in the bigger culvert!

And since becoming the culvert-watcher, I have noticed that the water going into the culvert looks like there’s a lot more than is coming out of the culvert. I imagine this is an optical illusion, I hope!
