Spring River Adventure Rally is a fun and family-friendly way to spend a weekend in the Hardy area!

Spend Saturday May 17th exploring the creeks, rivers, lakes, hills, and hollers collecting checkpoints.

THEN, join us at Griffin Park at 5PM for awards/prizes, pulled pork bbq, a bonfire, and camping!

We are limited to 40 participants and registrations are starting to come in. If we fill all 40 spots, we will have:

-$250 for the person who collects the most checkpoints

-$400 to be donated to a local charitable organization. (We are still narrowing down what/who but that will be announced soon!)

Those numbers will be less if we have less folks sign up. But let’s have some fun and do some good, folks!

Family friendly fun! Backroad scavenger hunt, bonfire, bbq, camping, and a chance at prizes included!

The participant that collects the most checkpoints will win $250!

After asking the community at large where they would like to see a charitable contribution go, we had more people mention Safe Night Ministries than any other cause. So, if we can fill this event up, we will donate $400 to them!

To the folks who just showed up in the 43ft $200,000 fifth wheel, that costs double my house, you have a beautiful rig.
To the folks who are down in the woods in a bivvy tent, you guys are hardcore, awesome set up down there.
To the folks who just pulled in with their 1979 C class with more rust than the panel. I can only imagine the memories you’ve made in that thing. I bet that dent has a story.
To the folks that took that last site that nobody wanted you pulled in, put down the seats in their minivan, and started cooking. Your dinner smells delightful.
Y’all, we all camp differently, and we may not agree on it all, but we have to remember the only thing that matters is memories are being made, and you’re getting 120% out of your time with your loved ones. You have to forget HOW you go camping and remember WHY you go camping. THAT is camping my friends. Spread the love at the campground this season.
