Congratulations to Amy and Steve Tyson, new owners of The Sand Bar Lodge! They will be making some changes and welcoming guests to stay again in 2022. In the past year we've hosted many guests in the Seagull Suite and the Turtle Suite. In total there were over 100 bookings here at the Sand Bar Lodge since we converted it from a Bar into a home! Some folks visited for a couple of nights and some stayed for a few months. Our AirBnB guest books highlight 'Things to do' and also 'places to eat' while staying in the area and of course this lists only a few things to inspire folks to start exploring. It's great to welcome visitors to Harkers Island!
