The Barnsion Trading Post IS OPEN tomorrow, May 23, 2026 from 10:00 to 3:00! Just in time for the Harlo High School Rodeo and for graduation! We just have gotten a lot of beautiful new exotic cowhides put up. They are great on the floor as a rug, on a couch or chair, or hung on the wall as a backing for pictures! Just in time for graduation! The Barnsion Trading Post will be OPEN tomorrow, May 16, 2026 from 10:00 to 3:00. I just got a lot of assorted Hooey hoodies in lots of different colors and designs, including both men’s and women’s styles. A Pendleton blanket would make a great gradation gift as well. There is a good supply of Montana Silversmith jewelry as well as solid sterling silver jewelry from the Southwest. Maybe the wind will go down for a nice drive out to see if what we’ve got.

Mother’s Day is this weekend! More flowers that wilt in a couple of days? Maybe chocolates, however delicious aren’t good for the waistline, maybe dinner out? All good but…..

How about something from The Barnsion Trading Post like handmade sterling silver and turquoise jewelry that never loses its value, and actually becomes more valuable as the price of silver raises and as the turquoise becomes more and more scarce?

Perfume is always a good choice and I have lots of varieties and stock on hand. How about a new silk scarf? Or a unique and exotic cowhide for a wall or the floor? Or leather placemats, table runners, and coasters, with matching rugs? Maybe a cool new hoodie, or an elegant alpaca sweater coat?

Some beautiful camel bone and steer horn kitchen knife sets and all things Pendleton including plush robes, hooded towels, spa towels, towel sets, and oh, the selection of heirloom Pendleton wool blankets! Montana Silver Smith sterling silver plated jewelry, mostly made in Columbus, Mt and several different types of costume jewelry. Every type of lamb and sheep wool items, from Tibetan lamb pillows and stuffed toys, to Icelandic longhair rugs, New Zealand shorn lamb rugs made in Poland, Albanian sheep pelts and good old Miller wool felted soaps. Even some beautiful pieces of rebuilt and recovered antiqued furniture. Not too soon to think of graduation gifts as well. Can be open any day this week and on the weekend, just give me a call.
