My cabin is located about 10 miles north. Snowmobile trail conditions are good in this area.

Prairie Dells - OPEN (GROOMED): 10+ miles of groomed trail including up the river to the Goose Island stump, Heinemania and bonus two-tracks. Frigid weather should firm up the dry snow. Connector got a roll too.

Plenty to ride this weekend, but so cold that we'll probably head to Fork Horners to eat and drink after riding Saturday instead of standing around the parking lot with cold beer. (via trailbot.com)

My cabin for rent is six miles from the Underdown. Dan Hanson

New reroute of Main Course is complete. To take the bike trail off of horse trail between what are segments J and K, a new section of singletrack has been cut. Here is a map with the location of the reroute.

I had a reservation change that opened up the weekend of 10/25. I can’t guarantee much for fall colors but the leaves are changing. Book direct or Airbnb under the same name. Also Elm City Beef is taking freezer beef orders for animals that’ll be ready in January/February.

You’ll have to zoom in to see the plaque. This bench is between Ski Hill Rd and Hwy B on the Ice Age Trail. Joni and Diane were on the hike with my sister Julie and the girls. It took 1hr45mins to do that 4.3 mile part of the Harrison Hills segment from B to 1st Lake Rd. No bugs other than a few ticks on the dogs. Dan Hanson.

Put the canoe in the water for the first time this year. Diane and I went up stream for a short ride. No bugs just frogs, birds, and one fish jumped. The cabin has many dates available. Book direct or Airbnb. Dan Hanson.

Sunday hike with the girls. No snowshoes or ice spikes used. Can’t beat the weather but I think we’ll get a winter yet.
