Exterior amenities include private dock, two moorings for your use, fire pit, hammock, swing for children, and large deck with gas grill. sher/dryer, ping pong, walk out basement, and air conditioning. House is located on a rural winding (paved) road with private driveway so be sure to bring the kid's bikes! In the summer, enjoy all that Long Lake has to offer, such as boating, kayaking, restaurants in Naples, ice cream in Harrison, etc. Take a day trip on the boat to Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake via the Songo Locks! In the winter, enjoy weekends ice fishing and snowmobiling as well as snowshoeing on the lake. Home is 17 miles from Shawnee Peak and is also great base for skiers!
