I want to say a big Thank You! to all my customers who keep their appointment times and in many cases show up early. When a business works from a schedule, missed or late shows are lost income and inconvenience. I hope I never have to resort to getting a credit card number to secure an appointment slot. I do my best to honor the schedule I have with you, my customers, and thank you for understanding that and your continued support. Edit: I should add that I understand that things do come up and appreciate those that call and let me know that they will be late and can't make it. This rant stems from "no show, no call, don't care attitudes" in missed appointments.
