Head Housekeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Head Housekeeper to lead our cleaning operations and ensure our guests enjoy an impeccable stay. In this role, you will manage the housekeeping team, oversee daily room assignments, and maintain our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and schedule housekeeping and laundry staff.
Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure they meet brand standards.
Operations: Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor the departmental budget.
Coordination: Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for check-in and repairs are handled promptly.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Housekeeping supervisory or management role.
A "hands-on" leadership style with a sharp eye for detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
