Splash Grass Day! 74F now, heading to 87F. All 18 sprays are running today. Just as much fun for brave adults as the kids!

And yes, like our mini-golf, playgrounds, hiking trails and more, this is included in our $10/person Day Pass for locals.

“Catch me!” - young guest says, laughing. Parents, from the gazebo swings, “I’ll get you!”

Meanwhile, in the back of the park, a family with teens tackled the disc golf course. Who won? The local college Lacroix player.

What’s your favorite way to play when you camp with your family?

10/10/2026

1 trampoline swing. 4 porch swings. 3 new friends.

Our gazebo swings see a lot of use. Moms chatting while the kids play nearby. Families hanging out watching the stars. Babies sleeping on the trampoline swing. Camping is so much more than campfires and s'mores.

"It's so quiet here. We love it!"

That's what a guest told us this morning, with more than 40 families in the park.

We built Standing Pines for quiet country camping. Love hearing guests tell us it's working as planned, giving them a place to relax.

Fans, fish & fun!

One of our youngest guests (and his mom) dropped by the Welcome Center yesterday. He was very concerned the fish were hungry. $1 of fish food later, there was a bit of a feast at the goldfish feeding pond.

Love these kinds of camping memories!
