Wait… this is Southern Utah. ❄️

Yes — that’s fresh snow sitting between Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park.

Winter here is quiet. Peaceful. Crowd-free.
And somehow even more dramatic against the red rock backdrop.

But give it a few months and this same view turns into wildflowers, warm nights, and long summer sunsets. 🌄

We’re excited to offer our first giveaway! Whether you’re craving an adventurous trip to explore Southern Utah’s outdoors or a gathering space for relaxation and connection, this giveaway is for you.

We have three large cabins centrally located between Bryce and Zion National Parks in Hatch, UT. In addition to sleeping up to 10 people, some amenities include: full kitchen, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit, and not to mention incredible views! Trust us when we say that an Autumn stay at our cabins is truly magical!

Giveaway details: Book one night, receive the second night free at your cabin of choice for the dates of your choice, pending availability. The stay must be before December 22nd, 2024.

Happy Sunday! We hope you are enjoying your weekend wherever you are, whoever you’re with, and however you’re spending it. We especially love a Sunday balanced with equal parts adventure and relaxation.

We wanted to share some reviews we’ve had since opening. We’re feeling very lucky and grateful that people love The Cliffs, The Grove, and The Meadow so much, and really appreciate and rely on excellent reviews to keep our business going. Cheers to all of our guests, our cleaners, and the beautiful southern Utah landscape for helping make our cabins be a lovely home base for adventure.

We’re so excited that The Meadow, our third and final cabin in the subdivision, is now accepting bookings! The Meadow is where a spacious, modern, and welcoming design meets the stunning landscape of Southern Utah. The Meadow sleeps up to 10 people, which means you’re invited to gather a group of friends or your family (or dog!) and come stay! As if the landscape itself wasn’t tempting enough, you’d come home from a day of hiking in the most beautiful national parks in the world to a fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, and hot tub. We have some more snow on the forecast and then it looks like some warmer, sunnier days are ahead. Our cabins are surrounded by trees that line the Sevier River and we’re so excited to see them bloom. While we’re so lucky to experience all four seasons here in Utah, is anyone else dreaming of summer?!

This little stream called Limestone Creek flows into the Sevier River and sits in the meadow on our property just a short path below the cabins. It’s a fun retreat for kids to explore and dogs to play, and the views of the Paunsaugunt Cliffs are just the cherry on top.

This little meadow is one of many reasons our cabins are a lovely place to book for a nature-centered, family-friendly getaway! We’d love to host you and yours.

We’re so grateful to everyone who has supported our vacation rental endeavor so far! We have hosted amazing guests, are learning every day about the ins and outs of offering a desirable vacation experience, and are really excited to be officially open for our first tourist season in Southern Utah.

Prices have dropped for the month of March and the cabins are booking quickly. If you’re someone who prefers to avoid big crowds and traffic while still seeking the experience the warming Southern Utah weather, staying with us in the springtime is a great option! We sleep up to ten people and are perfectly situated between Bryce and Zion National Parks.
