We always put in a lot of effort to ensure Ocean Sounds is updated and comfortable for our Family and Guests.

But, we know the Beach is the star of the show....

The Ocean is beautiful today and we are fortunate to have a wide, sandy beach in front of our home.

This remains our favorite place.

It's a beautiful time to be here. The weather is warm, and not too hot, just lovely.

It looks like there was some good fishing this week just off the beach at Ocean Sounds.

It is always great to be back at Ocean Sounds!!

Even though it is a little cold, the beach looks beautiful.

As usual, we are freshening things up and making some updates. We want our home to be ready for Family and Guests.

Thank you to Midgett Realty, Jessica Barnett and Kathy Kiddy for being such great partners. We all work hard to make Ocean Sounds a comfortable and beautiful place.

Our Granddaughter absolutely loves Scratchmade Snackery so we included a picture. Looks like they updated things. Looks great!!

We hope our guests have great memories here as we do. It's our family's favorite place to be!!

We found that you can vote daily. They deserve it.

Our wonderful friends at Scratchmade Snackery are up for a well deserved award for Best Bakery in North Carolina.

We spent a great day in Ocracoke. It was our first time being able to see the inside of the lighthouse. You cannot climb up, but you can see the inside.

We also hiked in Springer's Point where you can see a beach with driftwood trees.

Beautiful and quaint, as always!

We are at Ocean Sounds making final preparations for the season.

It's beautiful here as always!

Even though we have some tasks left to complete we are still finding time to enjoy the beach.

We did a lot of work during the off season and think Ocean Sounds looks great.

We are back at Ocean Sounds for a couple of weeks.

We love coming here in the off season. All is so quiet and calm.....

The water seems especially blue today.

Although everything is in pretty good shape, we are busy getting things ready for the year. Hopefully, our family and guests will appreciate the updates.

Midgett Realty said they would be taking new photos when we are done.
