Sea Creature ventured out to the blue water this morning. It was slow fishing but they did put a Dolphin and a Wahoo on the deck. Inshore boats had good fishing with both Spanish and King Mackerels. They also had a few Cobia and Amberjacks.

This last day of August saw a beautiful day and the big boats stayed home. The Inshore boats had a good day on the water. Hook Up landed some pretty Dolphin along with some bottom fish, like Triggerfish. They also got onto the Spanish and King Mackerels.

We saw the sun today. After plenty of rainy days the sun finally graced us with an appearance and hotter temperatures again. Release headed out this morning and had a great day of fishing. They had good Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna catching. They also had a few Wahoo on the bite. The Inshore boat Black Pearl went offshore today and had great Wahoo catching. Other Inshore boats had catches of Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish and a couple of Sheepshead.

A couple of the big boats headed offshore this morning. It was a pretty day on the water. Some boats had one or two Dolphin. Some boats had a few Blackfin and Skipjack Tuna. Native Son released a Sailfish. Release released a Sailfish. Inshore boats had good catches of Spanish Mackerel along with some False Albacore, and a few Bluefish.

One big boat ventured out to the blue water today. Release reported scrappy fishing with a few Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna caught. They also had an Amberjack or two and released a Sailfish. Inshore boats had Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish and Cobia.

It was an active day for billfish on the blue water today. Calypso released 4 Sailfish. Sea Creature released 3 Sailfish. Hatteras Fever II and Native Son each released 1 Sailfish. In the meat fish deparment, fishing was a little slow with a few Dolphin and Wahoo being caught. Inshore boats caught a variety of fish. They had good catches of Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Cobia, King Mackerel, Sharks, Amberjacks and some Albacore and a couple of Barracuda.

The big boats headed out to the blue water this morning under partly cloudy skies. They returned to the dock with clouds threatening rain. They had a few Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna. Hatteras Fever II released a Blue Marlin. Sea Creature released 3 Sailfish. Inshore boats had good catches of Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish . They also filled a cooler with some tasty Clams.
