This week, we're shining the spotlight on our General Manager, Troy Orgeron! 👏🏨

Since opening day, Troy has proudly served as the General Manager of Holiday Inn Express Hattiesburg – West, helping build a culture centered around hospitality, teamwork, and excellence. Under his leadership, the hotel has earned numerous accolades, including the 2024 IHG Newcomer Award and the prestigious 2025 IHG Torchbearer Award, while consistently maintaining the #1 spot in the region. 🏆✨

Troy's passion for hospitality and dedication to both guests and team members can be seen throughout every part of the hotel. Whether he's helping a guest, supporting a team member, or working behind the scenes, he believes that leadership means being willing to jump in wherever needed.

When asked about these accomplishments, Troy is quick to give credit where it's due:

We wrapped up IHG Celebrate Service Week with the coolest treat of all… SNOWCONES! 🍧🎉

After a week filled with prizes, pizza, Chick-fil-A, ice cream, and plenty of smiles, today was the perfect way to cool off and celebrate an incredible team.

❄️ You help us stay cool under pressure, keep our guests happy, and make our hotel a place people love to stay. Today was all about celebrating YOU!

As Celebrate Service Week comes to an end, we want to say one more time: THANK YOU. Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, your teamwork, and the True Hospitality you deliver every day.

Today was all about sweet treats and sweet teammates! 😋

Our team enjoyed an Ice Cream Buffet and Root B**r Floats as we continued celebrating the amazing people who make our hotel a great place to work and a great place for our guests to stay.

Whether you loaded up your bowl with toppings, enjoyed a classic root b**r float, or just stopped by to share a laugh with your coworkers, we hope you enjoyed today’s celebration.
