The property lies close to the very pretty Lake Hawkins where there is good recreational boating, fishing, and public beaches. Our park has beautiful tall trees, a laundry room, and a community pavilion for family gatherings. We are dedicated to providing a quiet, friendly community for permanent residents. Little Oasis is proud to have been named Hawkins Chamber Business of the Month in September 2021! We would enjoy telling you more about the park or give you a tour at any time.

We are adding a brand-new bathroom with a shower, complete with all-new plumbing! 🚽🚿

Our goal is to continue making Little Oasis a more comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place for our guests. This is just one of the many improvements we have planned, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next! 🏕️💚

We’re excited to officially introduce you to Mike! 🎉

Mike is an outdoorsman at heart. When he’s not working on the park, you’ll likely find him hunting, fishing, riding the trails on his ATV, enjoying the great outdoors, or spending time with his family. 🦌🎣🏕️

As you may have noticed, things are definitely changing around here! We have a lot of exciting plans in the works, and we’re looking forward to creating an even better place for our guests, families, and four-legged friends to enjoy. 🐾❤️

We’ve been working behind the scenes to make things easier, more convenient, and more streamlined for our guests, and we’re excited to share what’s coming! 💚

We’re currently reworking our website to include ONLINE BOOKING, making it easier than ever to check availability and reserve your stay at Little Oasis. 🏕️

We’re also expanding our payment options so you can choose what works best for you, including:
