We have devoted the last three years to significantly upgrading our "homes away from home" so that each one -- whether you choose one of our sociable two bed-rooms, one of our very comfortable studios or our "efficiency studio" for very short timers -- reflects our heartfelt motto of "Welcome Home to Hawthorne Suites."
Our larger studios and 2-bedroom suites have full kitchens, with all the cookware and dishware you need to put together a meal, and sit down at the kitchen table (or the couch, or in bed!) and relax, watch TV or read a book. Our Efficiency suite has an electric skillet, crock pot, toaster oven, small refrigerator/freezer, and the cooking and serving ware you need during your stay.
We refresh the towels, empty wastebaskets, replenish consumable supplies once a week, AND do it again each week with a deeper clean and a change of bed linens. There is TV and internet access in each room AND don't forget the on-site public laundry, Rock by the River!
Our tenants have on-site parking and access to a small private area with BBQ and seating (by request).
We have an on-site manager who can always be reached, and is our expert maintenance resource. We have a solid housekeeping staff who keep both our suites and our ON-SITE PUBLIC LAUNDROMAT in excellent shape. We all believe in our motto, and we treat our tenants as if they matter . . . because they do.
There is no better lodging choice in the area, whether you are working at the Army Depot as security, or doing demolition, or in the mines or out in the desert looking for the next rare mineral.
When you are working in the area, please come home to Hawthorne Suites (and the best laundromat in town, Rock by the River, at the same address and open daily, early and late.)
