I hope this message finds you well and looking forward to the upcoming summer. I’m writing to share an important update regarding The Knotty Nook, located on the grounds of the Reel Livin’ Resort and Campground.
After much consideration, we have made the decision to transition ownership of the property to a new owner. This change comes with great confidence and excitement, as we are carefully working to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for all of our guests.
I’m pleased to let you know that the new owners share the same commitment to quality, comfort, and hospitality as we do. All existing reservations will be fully honored without interruption, and the property will continue to offer the same amenities, standards, and attention to detail you’ve come to expect.
More specifically, all confirmed reservations will be honored as booked, with no changes to your stay details, rates, or amenities. Anyone that booked the pontoon will also still have access to that same pontoon. Anyone wavering about renting the pontoon during their stay will still have that option. All down payments already collected will be transferred to the new owner by us, not you. All future payments will be sent to the new owners. Your contact information will be given to the new owners and property managers by us as part of the transition. No need for you to do anything but look forward to your upcoming stay!
Purchasing the property will be David and Christine Justus and managing the property will be Craig and Sue Sacia with Head North LLC.
