Yay!!!

We know many of you have been eagerly waiting for updates on Blue’s Park — especially the splash pad — and we want to share where things stand! 💦🌳

Unfortunately, the previous contractor did not fulfill their obligations or complete the work as agreed. Because this project is tied to grant funding, the City was required to go through the formal process of releasing new bids and selecting another contractor. While necessary, this process does take time.

The good news is: a NEW contractor has officially been awarded the project, and work will begin soon! 👷🚧

The first priority will be repairing and completing the area nearest the splash pad so it can be safely cordoned off and opened for families to enjoy as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding throughout this process. We’re excited to see progress moving forward and can’t wait to welcome the community back to Blue’s Park soon! 💙

His sacrifice means everything. I can't imagine seeing my Savior in excruciating pain hanging on that cross. It makes me cry to even think about it and honestly makes me feel guilty. Thats my guilt and my sin. Im the reason he had to endure all of that. I don't deserve it. Yet he did it anyway. I can't imagine the hopelessness this world would have if Jesus would have decided he would rather "live his best life" than follow the path of suffering he knew was laid out before him. How fortunate are we to be covered by HIS Grace and Mercy. We love you Lord!
