While visiting Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River, we fell in love with Heber Springs and the surrounding community. We saw what would become The Modern Magnolia and knew we wanted to rehab the home to its former self. After months and months of hard work, we believe (and our guests support) that The Modern Magnolia has become a magical little spot for families and friends to meet and connect and enjoy all that Arkansas has to offer.

That's the thing about Greers Ferry Lake - it surprises you. The kind of vacation that ends with someone saying "I can't believe that just happened."
