Show the property to qualified applicants during preview times. Provide 3 days of on-sight management per event. This is a hospitality/customer service oriented position with property management duties.
Represent the venue/manage/oversight during the event, complete arrival and departure paperwork/checklists.
Work unsupervised and report to owner as directed. Guaranteed commissions+ per booking.

As a former guest, you may have lamented,
as I have, how unforturnate that
the sunroom windows have acquired a permanent fog between the panes, obscuring that view.....
Well, no more!
We squeezed in a few days during our busy season to have them replaced!
(Thanks Johnny!)
It should now be referred to as the viewing room...or my favorite room in the house!
