Last Spring, I had the grand idea to take down my old wood shed to make room for more activities. It took an entire year (and a lot of squirrelly ideas) for my vision to come to life, but here we are! I promise I didn't move the brick fire pit again, I just added a new one 😅🫶🔥

I love thinking about how many people will sit here and enjoy a cup of coffee or share belly laughs with their best friends or make a delicious meal or sit under the stars or talk until 2 am with someone they love or sit still and enjoy the silence.

I really, truly, deeply love uncovering the different layers of this property and discovering once forgotten magical spaces. It’s such a treat and I can’t wait to show y’all what I have in store for this little baby courtyard 🧱✨🌱

It may not feel like Spring outside, but I’m feeling it inside. Living at the Villa during the off season gives me an opportunity to make the space as user friendly as possible. The entry room got a little shoe storage upgrade last night, and it’s now one of my favorite spaces in the house 🤗

When real Spring comes, I’ve got some fun projects up my sleeve that I can’t wait to show you all.

And that’s a wrap! Thank you all so so much for being apart of my journey. I fell in love with this house the first time I saw it, and I grow fonder of it every day. The improvements I’ve been able to make to my beloved home is in part to all of you, and I am infinitely grateful.

I will be taking some time off from renting to take it all in and continue renovating, but I will be sure to let you know when I’m up and running again!

Stay tuned for more projects to come! *The new siding installation is scheduled for October 25th 🤗 I can’t wait to show you all!
